Win A Years Supply of Biotherm Products: OFFICIAL RULES

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Win A Years Supply of Biotherm Products (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9AM PST on October 20, 2009 and ends at 5PM EST on November 30, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. How to Enter: There is one way to enter: (a) Internet entry: complete the online entry form which can be found at www.fordmodels.tv/biotherm during the Promotion Period and follow the entry instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. Be sure to complete all of the information requested in the online form fields. All Internet entries must be received by 5PM EST on November 30. All entries and entry information become the property of Ford Models (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned.
  3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, women 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, or Biotherm and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate families (spouse, children, parents and siblings) and/or those living in the same household of such persons at any time during this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.
  4. Prizes: A years supply of Biotherm Products (for women only). There will be three (3) winners. The prize is a one-year supply of BIOTHERM products including four (4) cleansers, four (4) toners, four (4) moisturizers, four (4) body scrubs, and four (4) body moisturizers. The approximate retail value of the prize package is $500 each. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $500.00.
  5. Drawing: Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing conducted on or about December 5, 2009, by Ford Models from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail (or email), and may be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within five (5) business days or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. An alternate winner will be selected if the person initially selected as a winner cannot be reached by Sponsor within a reasonable period of time after the drawing (as determined by Sponsor), if such person’s name and address cannot be identified for any reason, or if prize/notification is returned undeliverable. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
  6. General Conditions: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for electronic, human or computer error or failure, or for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible or postage-due entries, or for printing errors in Sweepstakes/advertising materials. By entering and participating, entrants agree to: (a) abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the official judges and Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes; (b) where legal, to the use of their names, photographs, voices and/or likenesses, for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment of compensation; and (c) to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all injuries, liability and damages of any kind arising directly or indirectly out of their participation and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with the Official Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion and selection of an alternate winner. Prize (or All prizes) will be awarded. Limit one prize per person or household. Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash equivalents permitted except at Sponsor’s option for a prize of comparable or greater monetary value due to prize unavailability, event cancellation or other circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor. Federal, state and local taxes, insurance and other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Apple, Inc. and/or all related companies have not endorsed or approved this Sweepstakes.
  7. Internet: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Internet entrant, such entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, and without notice, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and to award the prizes in random drawings from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents.
